Church Media Squad

graphic design

Your church's design work, already done.

Every week has a slide deck, an announcement, an event promo, and a series title that all need to exist by Sunday. Send them over and they come back designed.

what you can send

One request queue for the whole building.

Your kids director, worship pastor, and communications lead can each submit directly, or everything can route through one person. However your team already works.

  • Sermon series art

Title graphic, slide backgrounds, and the variations you need for stage, print, and social.

  • Announcement slides

The weekly set, built on your brand so they do not look assembled by five different people.

  • Event promos

Camps, conferences, baptisms, membership classes, and whatever is on the calendar next.

  • Kids and student ministry

Sub-brand artwork that connects with its own audience while staying recognizably yours.

  • Print collateral

Bulletins, flyers, postcards, and banners, set up correctly for your printer.

  • Apparel and merch

Shirt, hoodie, and sticker designs for teams, camps, and volunteer gear.

past the screen

Take your sermons and events from initial vision to the bulletin on the seat and the shirt your volunteer wears. We set the files up for handoff, so getting them to your printer is simple.

how it works

From request to finished file.

No brief template to learn and no creative meeting to schedule.

  1. Step 1

    Send the request

Sermon title, date, and any reference you like. If you have nothing but a title, that is enough to start.

  2. Step 2

    A designer picks it up

Someone who already has your brand profile, fonts, and colors. You are not re-explaining your church every time.

  3. Step 3

    Review and revise

Send it back with notes. Revisions carry on until you sign off, at no extra charge.

  4. Step 4

    Keep the source files

The editable files are yours, and they stay yours whether or not you remain a member.

who it's for

Built for the person who owns Sunday's deadline.

Most of the churches we work with hand this to one person who's also running a service, a volunteer team, and a calendar. The queue is shaped around that.

  • The solo communications directorYou own the slides, the bulletin, the socials, and the website, and you're the only one who does. Send the list instead of building it yourself.
  • A pastor with no design helpYou've been opening a design app late on Saturday night. That's the hour we're trying to give back.
  • A team that shares one designerKids, worship, and students all need something this week, and none of them has to wait behind another ministry's request.
  • A church between hiresYou're searching for a creative lead and Sunday keeps coming anyway. The work moves while the search runs.

questions

Questions churches ask before they send the first request.

If yours isn't here, the full list lives on our FAQ page.

What kinds of graphics can we send?

Sermon series art, announcement slides, event promos, kids and student ministry artwork, print like bulletins and posters, and apparel designs. If your church needs it by Sunday, it goes in the same queue.

How far ahead should we send a request?

Two weeks for an event or a sermon series, and three weeks for Easter or Christmas. A weekly bulletin update that arrives by end of day Monday comes back by Friday. Sending early isn't a rule, it just keeps your designer from racing the calendar.

How many graphic and video projects can we have going at once?

Your plan sets how many graphic and video projects are actively in production at a time: 15 on All-In Premium, 15 on All-In, 12 on Graphics + Video, 7 on Graphics. When one finishes, the next one starts. Nothing expires and nothing is wasted. On the All-In tiers, website support and brand support don’t count toward that number. They each have their own: one sermon upload a week plus one active website task, and one active brand request at a time. Submit as much as you like, anything over your limit simply queues.

Can we control the order our queued projects run in?

Yes. Your member portal at requests.thesqd.com includes Manage My Queue: it shows what is actively in production and what is waiting, and you can drag your queued projects into whatever order matters most to you. You can also pause any project (it shows as ON HOLD) and resume it when you are ready, and the next item in your order moves up as slots open.

What if we don’t like a design?

Send it back and we will fix it, at no extra charge. Most churches find the Squad learns their taste within the first few projects.

Do we need to buy seats for our team?

No. Your kids director, worship pastor, and communications lead can all submit directly at no extra cost. Routing everything through one person is the bottleneck we are trying to remove.

Who is actually doing the work?

A real Squad of church creatives, many of them former church staff who have run a communications calendar themselves. You are not routed to a different stranger each week.

Who owns the work?

You do, including the editable source files, and it stays yours whether or not you remain a member.
