Do I have to sign a contract?
Only if you want the lower price. There are three ways to pay: month-to-month (no contract, cancel anytime, and the highest monthly rate); a 12-month agreement paid monthly (our standard published rate, the same amount each month); or pay for the year up front (the lowest total price).
What am I agreeing to with the 12-month plan?
You’re agreeing to stay for 12 months at the monthly rate shown, and in return you pay less each month than you would month-to-month for the same plan.
Can I leave the 12-month plan early?
Your first 60 days are a no-penalty window. If we’re not the right fit, cancel any time in the first 60 days and you owe nothing more. After 60 days, the 12-month commitment holds, and if you cancel before the term is up, you pay half of the months left on it, up to a maximum of three months. So if you cancel with six months remaining, that’s three months. Pausing also isn’t available during the term, including if you pay monthly.
Is the annual payment refundable?
Partly, and it depends on when you cancel. In your first 60 days you get every unused month back in full. After that, we keep the months you have used at the regular monthly rate plus the early-termination amount, and anything left over is refunded to you. In practice that means a refund if you leave in the first seven months or so, and no refund after that, though you would never owe us anything further either.
If I cancel and pay the exit amount, do I keep working with you for those months?
No. The early-termination amount isn’t prepayment for more work, it’s what closes out the agreement. Your access runs to the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and then your account closes.
Can I pause my membership, and what happens to my price if I come back?
If you’re on a month-to-month plan, yes. You can pause for up to three months, and All-In members can pause once a calendar year. During a pause you don’t submit new projects, and anything already in progress waits for you until you’re back. If you’re on a 12-month agreement, pausing isn’t available during the term. That includes paying monthly, since monthly billing is how you pay for the year rather than a month-to-month plan. If your budget changes mid-term, call us early. We can’t pause the agreement, but we’d rather work through it with you than have you miss a payment. If you’re on a month-to-month plan and you pause or cancel, you come back at our current pricing when you return. A rate you had before, especially a discounted or grandfathered one, doesn’t carry over. If you’re inside a 12-month agreement and we approve a pause, your rate holds for the rest of your term, and the term runs longer by the length of the pause. Cancelling is different: if you cancel and come back later, you come back at current pricing.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, and we make it easy. Moving up a plan starts a fresh 12-month agreement at the new plan’s rate from the day you switch, and your old agreement closes out with nothing owed. Moving down a plan waits until your current term ends. On a month-to-month plan, changes simply apply from your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged until it ends. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing. On the 12-month and annual plans the trial sits inside a longer safety net: you have a full 60 days from signing to cancel and owe nothing, so you get well past the trial before the commitment really holds.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, brand setup, and account access are part of the plan.
Is the website build included, or is there a setup fee?
It’s included. All-In Premium covers the full website build and the support that follows it, with no separate setup or build fee. The one exception is size. The build covers a site of roughly 25 to 30 pages, which is more than most churches use. If yours goes past that, the extra pages are a one-time cost on top, and we’ll quote it before we start.
Who owns the work?
You do, including the editable source files, and it stays yours whether or not you remain a member.
Do we need to buy seats for our team?
No. Your kids director, worship pastor, and communications lead can all submit directly at no extra cost. Routing everything through one person is the bottleneck we are trying to remove.
What happens if we submit more than our plan covers?
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Your plan sets how many graphic and video projects run at once, and we start the next one as soon as a slot opens. Keeping the number capped is what stops your work sitting half-finished behind somebody else's.
