Media shouldn’t come at the expense of your ministry.
Most church leaders did not sign up to spend their week resizing graphics, chasing a volunteer designer, or rebuilding the same slide deck every Saturday night. That work is real, it matters, and it quietly takes the hours you meant to spend with people.
Hand it to a Squad who does this every day, and get those hours back.
Don’t take our word for it.
Hear from churches just like yours.
Reclaim your time for ministry. Skip the endless search and focus more on nurturing your community, without compromising on quality media.

Graphics, video, branding, social, and website support from a team that already knows how church weeks work.
There’s probably a Saturday night in the last month that ran later than it should have. That’s what these numbers sit against.
A 12-month agreement billed monthly. This is our standard published rate.
Why twelve months: the first few projects are your Squad learning your fonts, your voice, and how your weekends actually run. Everything after that is them already knowing.
Your first 60 days are a no-penalty window. If we’re not the right fit, cancel inside 60 days and you owe nothing more.

Exactly what you get every month.
Until it's right, at no extra charge.
No per-seat charge. Everyone submits directly.
No size limits, and the source files are yours.
The same Squad every week, so you stop re-explaining your church.
7–15
In production at a time, by plan. Social, website, and branding work sits outside the count. Capped on purpose, so your work is never the thing sitting half-finished behind somebody else's.
Design and video, the questions churches ask first.
Still wondering about something? Ask on the call. We would rather over-explain now than surprise you later.
How many graphic and video projects can we have going at once?
Your plan sets how many graphic and video projects are actively in production at a time: 15 on All-In Premium, 15 on All-In, 12 on Graphics + Video, 7 on Graphics. When one finishes, the next one starts. Nothing expires and nothing is wasted. On the All-In tiers, website support and brand support don’t count toward that number. They each have their own: one sermon upload a week plus one active website task, and one active brand request at a time. Submit as much as you like, anything over your limit simply queues.
Can we control the order our queued projects run in?
Yes. Your member portal at requests.thesqd.com includes Manage My Queue: it shows what is actively in production and what is waiting, and you can drag your queued projects into whatever order matters most to you. You can also pause any project (it shows as ON HOLD) and resume it when you are ready, and the next item in your order moves up as slots open.
What if we don’t like a design?
Send it back and we will fix it, at no extra charge. Most churches find the Squad learns their taste within the first few projects.
Do we own the files?
Yes. Everything we create is yours, including the editable source files, and it stays yours whether or not you remain a member.
Who is actually doing the work?
A real Squad of church creatives, many of them former church staff who have run a communications calendar themselves. You are not routed to a different stranger each week.
Can our whole team submit requests?
Yes. There is no per-seat charge, so your kids director, worship pastor, and communications lead can each submit directly instead of routing everything through one person.
What if we need more than our plan covers?
You can move up a plan at any time. If a season is unusually heavy, tell your account manager and we will look at the best way to cover it.
How should we film video before sending it to you?
Shoot horizontally unless the piece is for stories or reels, get the microphone close to whoever is talking, and light faces from the front rather than the window behind them. Those three cover most of what comes back needing a reshoot. The two guides below go through the rest, including framing, file formats and what to send us.
What happens to a project after we submit it?
It lands in Open, and our project manager moves it from there: into Received once we have everything we need, or into More Info Needed if something is missing. Leave it where it is in either case, because moving it yourself is how a project gets lost. When your designer finishes, it moves to a column with a Dropbox link to your files, and you either approve it or send feedback. The walkthrough below has the whole board.
