Account Manager

The Position
THE POSITION:
Church Media Squad is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Squad. At Church Media Squad, we exist to make church media better by helping local church ministries with all of their media related needs.
The Account Manager for the All-In tier is the central, proactive point of contact for churches enrolled in our most premium membership. This role exists to create a seamless, personal experience that blends high-level planning with day-to-day coordination. Unlike traditional customer support or one-time creative consultations, this position exists to anticipate needs, initiate value, and guide the member through ongoing creative, strategic, and operational work across the full Squad suite of services.
All Church Media Squad employees work completely remotely. Full-time employees receive a company MacBook Pro after their first six weeks. Church Media Squad is an Apple-only environment.

Church Media Squad is based out of Salt Lake City, UT. The state of Utah has the lowest percentage of Christians in the country, with the Salt Lake Valley having less than 5% who consider themselves part of the Christian faith. Our Founder’s goal and hope is to be part of God's transformative movement in the Salt Lake Valley by making our base of operations here and helping church plants in Salt Lake Valley.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Communications
Strategically-minded and operationally thorough
Warm, relational, and proactive
Able to hold multiple teams accountable to a shared vision
We are particularly interested in applicants with experience working for a church. This firsthand experience enables us to better serve the church staff we collaborate with daily.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of All In churches. Build strong, steady relationships where pastors and staff feel known, supported, and guided. Provide clear communication and calm direction during both everyday needs and high-pressure moments.Onboarding & Education
Lead new churches (and new staff) through the All In onboarding journey. Train them in how to use ClickUp, submit projects effectively, and understand our creative workflows. Provide tools, resources, and walkthroughs that set them up for long-term success.Strategic Guidance
Help partners articulate their vision and navigate early strategy, Discovery, and foundational branding work. Coach them on best practices for submissions, revisions, social media planning, seasonal rhythms, and pacing large creative projects like campaigns or print work.Coordination & Advocacy
Act as the bridge between churches and our Squad teams across Social, Branding, Design, Video, and Web. Communicate partner needs and context clearly, flag bottlenecks, and ensure smooth handoffs—especially during multi-phase projects such as Branding into Web. Advocate for clarity, timelines, and the partner’s goals throughout the creative process.Experience Stewardship
Own the long-term experience for each church. Lead ongoing check-ins, surface wins and challenges, anticipate upcoming needs, guide seasonal planning (Christmas, Easter, campaigns, events), and respond quickly when issues arise. Keep partners on track, ahead of deadlines, and confident in the creative process.

This is a full-time W2 salaried position with a starting salary of $59,000 + commission (average of $8-15k/year) based on the longevity and quantity of your All In Membership book.
