We currently offer website design and support exclusively through our All-In plan. This approach ensures your site is fully integrated with the rest of your media, from branding to unlimited graphics, and receives ongoing support from your Web Squad. It’s not just a website; it’s a complete strategy to serve your church and community better.

As soon as a you join the All-In Plan, you’ll have access to consultation-style support for your existing website. This means we can immediately help talk through technical issues (like hosting or domain concerns), provide optimization recommendations, and set up tools like SEO tracking and Google Analytics dashboards. Plus, approved sites can also access weekly sermon uploads and text/image updates. Our goal is to ensure your never feel stuck or alone with website questions, even before a redesign begins.

To ensure every site gets the attention it deserves, we only allow 10 active website builds at a time. Once your branding is complete and you’ve had an opportunity to submit your content to your Web Squad, you will be added to the queue. You will be notified of your spot in line and when your build is set to begin.

To build a website that truly reflects your church, we’ll start by getting to know you! Our Squad will walk through all the key details, your mission, leadership, ministries, and more, to make sure your site accurately represents what’s happening in your church.

We’ll need some basics, like your church’s name and service times, along with deeper content that highlights your church’s heart and happenings. Everything from key ministries, upcoming events, and ways people can get involved will be used to create a site that serves your church well.

To bring it all to life, we’ll also need access to media assets like photos and videos. The more that’s provided, the better we can craft a site that not only looks great but also connects with your community.

Yes, it might, but it should be for the better! At TheSquad, we design websites with a strong focus on SEO. While rankings may slightly fluctuate initially post-switch, our primary goal is for you to witness an improvement in your Google rankings over time.

We host all All-In websites through Pressable, a premium WordPress hosting provider trusted by major brands and agencies. Hosting is included in your plan, so there’s no extra cost or setup needed.

Here’s what that means for your church in simple terms:

• Speed and reliability – Your site loads fast and stays online 24/7 with a 100% uptime guarantee.

• Free security features – Things like SSL (which secures your site and helps with Google ranking) are automatically included.

• Malware protection and updates – Pressable monitors for threats and helps prevent issues before they happen.

• Team-friendly access – Your church staff or volunteers can have separate logins with the right level of access.

• Daily backups and staging tools – We can safely test site changes before they go live, and your content is backed up every day just in case.

• Expert support – If something goes wrong on the hosting side, we’ve got 24/7 access to security pros through Pressable.

In short: your site will be fast, secure, and worry-free, without needing anyone on your team to be a tech expert.

🛑 What we don’t provide:

We don’t offer email hosting (like churchname@yourdomain.com), since our focus is on websites. But we recommend using Google Workspace for Business or applying for their free Google Workspace for Nonprofits.

Once you set that up, we’ll help you connect everything behind the scenes—no tech skills required.

Yes, most of the time! If you need an update faster than our standard turnaround times, you can submit a rush processing inquiry. If the turnaround is possible, we can move forward for an additional fee.

Standard Request Rush Fee: $250 (Next-Day Turnaround)

• Available for updating any existing content on the site (staff, sermons, information updates, image swaps, and event updates)

Large Request Rush Fee: $500 (Next-Day Turnaround)

• Available for landing page creation

But, we don’t recommend it. Great websites take time to maintain and update! The more lead time you give us, the better your final result will be.

Our website support plan lets you submit as many projects as you need, but we have some guidelines to make sure each of our members gets great service.

Most churches typically submit 3-5 website support requests per month, with an increase during busy seasons like Christmas and Easter. If your church consistently needs 8+ requests per month, our Squad may reach out to discuss whether a custom support plan would better fit your needs.

To consistently deliver the quality all of our members deserve, we have active project limits in place. Here's how many projects can be actively worked on at one time:

• Sermon Uploads: 1 sermon upload per week

• Support Requests: 1 active request at a time

An "active" request means it's currently being worked on, waiting for feedback, needs more info, needs updates, or is ready to go live.

You can submit additional request beyond these limits, but they will be placed in a queue and worked on as space becomes available.

When churches have multiple brands connected with their church’s ministry (examples: additional campuses, schools, camps, etc.) these additional brands may not receive website support under the same subscription.

Note: Ministries of your church such as Kids Ministry, Youth Ministry, etc. are covered under one subscription.

To keep projects running smoothly, requests that remain in "Waiting for Feedback" for more than 5 days will be moved to "On Hold."

Next Steps for On-Hold Requests:

• Still need updates? Move the request to "Needs an Update" and tag our web team.

• Happy with the current updates? Move it to "Deliverables Needed."

🚨 If a request stays on hold for more than 14 days:

• It may be archived and treated as a new submission to be worked on.

• Once reactivated, it will be added back to the queue and completed as soon as availability allows.

This ensures that all requests are handled efficiently while maintaining fairness in our workflow.

Yes! We understand that sometimes you need additional changes after a request has been closed. You can re-open a completed request by updating its status to "Needs an Update" in ClickUp.

Important Notes:

• If a request is re-opened 2+ weeks after completion, it will be treated as a new request and re-added to our queue.

• Please allow up to 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for your update to be implemented.

• If your update is substantial (e.g., major content revisions or new sections), we may provide a separate project quote before proceeding.

• When re-opening a request, be sure to @tag our Web Squad and clearly specify the updates needed! This helps us serve you faster.
