Marketing Associate: Project & Engagement Coordinator

The Position
Church Media Squad is looking for a Marketing Project & Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. At Church Media Squad, we exist to make church media better by helping local church ministries with graphic and video production, communications and social strategy, website strategy, and full-scale branding.
Our new Marketing Engagement Coordinator will bring 2–4 years of professional marketing or project coordination experience to help keep initiatives across Church Media Squad, Remix Media, and Church Circle running smoothly. They will manage timelines, track deliverables, and support campaign execution—ensuring our content, emails, and brand campaigns stay on schedule and aligned across all three brands.
This role will serve as the primary liaison and direct support for Church Circle and Remix Media, while also contributing to broader cross-brand initiatives.
This is a full-time, hourly role, with an expectation of 40 hours/week. All Church Media Squad employees work fully remotely. Full-time employees receive a company computer after their first six weeks. Church Media Squad is an Apple-only environment.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or communications.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign a plus), project management software (e.g., ClickUp or similar), and marketing automation platforms.
• Digital Skills: Competency with social media management, reporting dashboards, and campaign tracking tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and offering solutions.
• Preferred: Experience working with churches, nonprofits, or ministries.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables for marketing projects across Church Media Squad, Remix Media, and Church Circle.
• Campaign Execution: Support multi-channel campaigns, ensuring content, email, and social media initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Marketing Systems: Oversee upkeep of marketing tools and systems, including CRMs, contact lists, and integration workflows.
• Quality Control: Identify and troubleshoot issues in campaigns, processes, and system integrations to keep workflows smooth.
• Social Media Support: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and provide reports across Circle and Remix social platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and compile insights to help leadership measure effectiveness and shape future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with brand leadership, designers, and content creators to ensure alignment across all deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance campaign outcomes.

Compensation: This is a full-time, W2 employee position with a starting pay range of $24.50 – $27.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
