As COO at Church Media Squad, I focus on the structures and people that make it possible for our whole team to do their best work. I care deeply about watching our leaders grow and seeing new ideas come to life as we work toward setting the standard for creative and communications services in the local church.
Outside of work, I live in Germany with my wife and two daughters, Lavinia and Louisa. I road bike, read constantly, and am always in the middle of a good TV show.
