Understanding Unlimited Usage

Our unlimited plans let you submit as many projects as you need, but we have some guidelines to make sure each of our members gets great service.

For single-campus churches, most churches typically need 5-12 custom design pieces each month, but during busy seasons (like Christmas and Easter), you can submit more!

If you consistently request more than 20 graphic design and video projects per month, our Squad will reach out to discuss Custom Pro Plan options that better fit your needs.

To consistently deliver the quick turnarounds and quality all of our members deserve, we have active project limits in place. Here's how many projects can be actively worked on at one time:
Unlimited Graphics Plan: 7 active projects
Unlimited + Video Plan: 12 active projects (can be any mix of video and graphics)
Video-Only Plan: 5 active video projects
Website Support: 1 active project

An "active" project means it's currently being worked on, waiting for feedback, needs more info, needs updates, or is ready for final files.

You can submit additional projects beyond these limits, but they will be placed in a queue and worked on as space becomes available. To control what gets done first, you can use the "Manage My Queue" feature in our project management system to set your priorities.
