It's not uncommon for church staff to have sudden bursts of inspiration or remember tasks at the most random moments, only to write them down and struggle to follow through. And this is where the idea for a mobile project requests feature was born – to eliminate the barriers standing in the way of getting things done.
During the development process of this feature, our focus remained on removing your pain points and making the media management experience as hassle-free as possible.

All you do is scan the QR code we've assigned to your account with your phone's camera. This will direct you to your personalized request form that you can then bookmark - granting you access to plan and submit requests from your phone, no matter where you are!

Because we’ve all been there – juggling numerous tasks throughout the day and suddenly remembering we forgot to submit that crucial design request. Or that moment after you’re cozy in bed after a long day, ready to drift off to sleep when that mental reminder conveniently decides to alert you you forgot to submit a video request. Or maybe it’s when you’re on the porcelain throne where all the world’s best ideas originate…Now, there’s no need to rush back to your computer, get out of bed, or disrupt your business – simply click the bookmark you’ve made on your mobile device and submit your request at your convenience.
Now, when you're in a meeting and discussing an upcoming event that requires media content, there's no need to take detailed notes or wait till later to submit a request. Collaborate with your team members in real-time, and submit your project request on the spot with your phone.

Go to the main page of your project request form.
Step 2
Select your name from the drop-down menu and click the box that says, “I’d like to learn how to submit projects from my phone.” Then click, Next.

Scan Your Unique QR Code and Follow the Instructions to Bookmark it on Your Phone
